Took too long to cut hair and when asked said they will cut in a minute. Every time I come it is the same thing always taking 30-40 minutes to cut my hair when I am the first name on the list

Bad customer service.. this is my last visit to sports clips... apparently they dont get the "first available stylist" option .. i ve been waiting for an hour and when my chance came they just chaged waiting list chart and started to service next person who mentioned stylist name... this made me wait 20 more mins and the person dont even hav a courtesy to inform abt it.... its really bad and frustrating customer service... If u r gng, try to mention smone's name even if u dont know abt any available stylist... it may save ur time and bad experiences....
